Our brand philosophy is to create "pet fashion not limited by body size": equally focused on large sizes: from XXS to 9XL → our store is the first choice for giving giant fur babies a "decent fit". After all, in the Hong Kong market, only WAG & HEM can provide "pet fashion" designed for large body types.

The store manager, Sasa (SASA), holds an honors bachelor's degree from the Design Department of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and certified pet grooming qualifications from Hong Kong and the UK. She understands the frustration of large dog owners: market clothes are either too loose and slip off or lack sizes from 2XL to 9XL.

As the owner of a 2XL-sized poodle, she deeply knows the regret of clothes that fit the style but not the body.

Sasa is a designer committed to "pet fashion not limited by body size." She actively searched for studios that meet aesthetic standards and even secured Hong Kong and overseas agency rights for more high-quality pet fashion brands. Currently, she has obtained PETURE COSER (pet jewelry, hair accessories, and mid-to-high-end formal wear), BITEONE (harnesses and themed specialty clothing), and developed original pet-themed handmade wearable nails, pet-themed crystal bracelets, and the most luxurious custom-made gowns — she ensures quality through design aesthetics, with many studios executing exquisite craftsmanship in the details.

  • Currently, the market only focuses on small cats and dogs (XXS to L), leaving medium to large cats and dogs from XL to 9XL "without clothes" → Our store also develops clothing patterns for medium to giant pets, collaborating with studios to fine-tune the cut based on body measurements (chest girth, neck circumference, shoulder width), ensuring a snug fit without tightness.

  • Joint design and creation: Not pursuing factory mass production, but working with handmade studios on "themed design + collaborative creation" → each piece of clothing carries the warmth of handmade craftsmanship, and can be adjusted according to the special body shapes of medium to giant pets (such as the chest width of giant dogs, shoulder width fitting for large cats), addressing the core pain point of "not finding well-fitting clothes."

  • The high-end custom process is too complicated → Our store uses a "collaborative handmade + semi-custom model": owners choose a theme + provide body measurements, and the studio adjusts the size based on the design draft, offering reasonable prices while ensuring "fit + uniqueness."

  • Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours of payment, customer service will verify sizing measurements; once confirmed, production will begin. If the information is incomplete, we will contact you for supplementation; otherwise production will be delayed.

  • If Production Is Delayed: If delays occur due to raw material shortages or complex handmade processes, we will notify you 24 hours in advance and provide a small gift as an apology.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Origin & Courier: Shipped directly from Hong Kong, default courier is SF Express / international courier (chosen based on destination);

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after shipment and can be checked on the order page; international shipments may require customs clearance, so please allow extra time.

  • Lost / Damaged Items: If loss or damage during transit is confirmed, with courier proof we will resend the same item free of charge or issue a refund.

"Wei Xi Workshop" hides our understanding of the relationship between pets and people——

"Wei" takes the meaning of "one and only": every furry companion's body shape and personality are unique. We reject the assembly-line "one-size-fits-all" mindset and create tailor-like, well-fitting designs specifically for larger pets from L to 9XL, so that every life can be treated with care.

"Xi" signifies "connection" and "care": on one side it ties to the pet's comfort and style, on the other it ties to the owner's love. We use design as a bridge and join forces with artisans, turning the regret of "large pets can't find suitable clothes" into the warmth of "dressed neatly, playing freely," so that the bond between pets and people becomes closer thanks to a well-fitting garment.

"Workshop" conveys our creative attitude: we do not pursue factory-style mass production; instead we base our work on handcrafted techniques, partnering with craftsmen from studios across regions, sewing warmth with needle and thread so that every piece carries the original intention of "designed for unique lives."

Core Principle
Due to the "customized" nature and "hygiene considerations" of handmade pet clothing,
We implement a "limited returns/exchanges" policy, and we appreciate your understanding and support.

Situations eligible for returns/exchanges (must be applied for within 7 days of receiving the item)
Quality issues: such as manufacturing defects not caused by human damage, like loose stitching, broken snaps, etc.,
Please provide clear photos; after confirmation, we will exchange the item free of charge (same style or another style of equal value).


Non-returnable/non-exchangeable situations
1. Items that have been worn, washed, or show obvious signs of use (e.g., pet hair residue, stains, odors, etc.);

2. Damage caused by the pet biting or scratching;

3. No quality issues and the size matches the measurements you provided (we recommend carefully confirming your pet's measurements before purchasing);

4. Customized items (e.g., special modifications to themed elements) are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return/Exchange Procedure
1. Contact customer service and explain the reason, providing your order number and product photos;
2. After customer service confirms eligibility, they will inform you of the return address and any precautions;
3. Please pack the item securely and send it back (round-trip shipping costs: we will cover for quality issues; for other situations, the buyer is responsible);
4. After receiving the returned item, we will process it within 3-5 business days (exchange/alteration/refund).
