Our brand philosophy is "pet fashion not limited by body size": we pay equal attention to large sizes: from XXS - 9XL → if you want to dress your giant fur baby with dignity, our shop is the first choice. After all, in the Hong Kong market, the pet fashion designs and bespoke services for larger sizes are offered only by our store.

Our shop owner, Sasa (莎莎), graduated from the Department of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and possesses a highly developed aesthetic sensibility. She understands the frustration of medium to large dog owners: available clothes are either cartoonish and juvenile or lack sizes from XL to 9XL.

As the owner of a plus-size pedigreed dog, she knows the disappointment of garments that look good in style but don’t fit. Based on her aesthetics and pet safety, she designs elegant, tasteful lines of pet apparel.

Sasa is a designer committed to "pet fashion not limited by body size." She founded a local, original pet formalwear brand in Hong Kong and has secured Hong Kong distribution rights for pet fashion–related brands. She currently carries PETURE COSER (pet jewelry, hair accessories, and mid-range formalwear), and has developed her own original handcrafted wearable pet themes, pet-themed crystal bracelets, and customizable mid-to-high-end formalwear — she oversees quality through design aesthetics, and the studio executes details with exquisite craftsmanship.

"Design shouldn't be biased by body type; every furry friend deserves their own style"

  • Most products on the market only focus on small pets (XXS to L), leaving medium-to-large pets from XL to 9XL "without clothes" → Our store also develops garment patterns for medium-large to giant pets. The partnered studio fine-tunes the cut based on body measurements (chest, neck, shoulder width) to ensure a snug fit without being tight.

  • Collaborative design and creation: Not pursuing mass factory production, our brand's studio practices "theme design + collaborative creation" → each garment carries a handcrafted touch, and can be fine-tuned for the unique body shapes of medium-large to giant pets (for example, wider chests of giant dogs or broader shoulders of large cats), solving the core problem of "not being able to buy well-fitting clothes."

  • The high-end bespoke process is too cumbersome → Our store uses a "collaborative handmade + semi-custom model": the owner chooses a theme and submits measurements, and the studio adjusts sizes according to the design sketches. Prices are reasonable while ensuring "fit + uniqueness."

Order Production and Shipping Policy

  • Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours of payment, customer service will verify sizing measurements; once confirmed, production will begin. If the information is incomplete, we will contact you for supplementation; otherwise production will be delayed.

  • If Production Is Delayed: If delays occur due to raw material shortages or complex handmade processes, we will notify you 24 hours in advance and provide a small gift as an apology.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Origin & Courier: Shipped directly from Hong Kong, default courier is SF Express / international courier (chosen based on destination);

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after shipment and can be checked on the order page; international shipments may require customs clearance, so please allow extra time.

  • Lost / Damaged Items: If loss or damage during transit is confirmed, with courier proof we will resend the same item free of charge or issue a refund.

"Weixi Workshop" embodies our understanding of the relationship between pets and people—

Every furry friend has a unique body shape and personality. We reject the assembly line "one-size-fits-all" mindset and specially create "tailored, well-fitting designs" for pets from XL to 9XL, so that every life can be treated with care.

"Weixi" means "connection" and "care": on one side, it connects to the comfort and fashion of the furry friend; on the other, it connects to the owner's love for their pet. Using design as a bridge and joining forces with artisans, we transform the regret of "large pets not fitting suitable clothes" into the warmth of "dressing well and playing freely," making the bond between pets and people closer through a well-fitting garment.

"Workshop" conveys our creative attitude: we do not pursue factory production but focus on handmade craftsmanship, collaborating with artisans from studios across regions. We "connect" with needle and thread to sew warmth into every piece, ensuring each garment carries the original intention of "designing for unique lives."

WAG & HEM Maintenance Workshop Return Policy
Core Principles
Due to the "personalized customization attributes" and "hygiene considerations" of pet handmade clothing,
we implement a "limited return and exchange" policy. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Situations Eligible for Return or Exchange (must apply within 7 days of receiving the product)
Quality issues: For manufacturing defects such as seam detachment or snap button damage not caused by human factors,
please provide clear photos. After confirmation, free exchange is available (same style or other styles of equal value).


Situations Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
1. Items that have been worn, washed, or show obvious signs of use (such as hair residue, stains, odors, etc.);

2. Damage caused by pet biting or scratching;

3. No quality issues and size matches the data you provided (please carefully confirm body measurements before purchase);

4. Customized items (such as specially modified theme elements) are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return and Exchange Process
1. Contact customer service and explain the reason, providing the order number and product photos;
2. After customer service confirms eligibility, you will be informed of the return address and important notes;
3. Please package the product properly and send it back (round-trip shipping cost: borne by us for quality issues, by the buyer for other situations);
4. After receiving the returned product, processing will be completed within 3-5 business days (exchange/modification/refund).
