Our brand philosophy is to create "pet fashion without size limitations": equally focused on large sizes: from XXS to 9XL → our store is the first choice for giving giant fur kids "a dignified fit". After all, in the Hong Kong market, only WAG & HEM can provide "pet fashion" designed for large sizes.

The store manager SASA holds an honors bachelor's degree from the Design Department of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and certified pet grooming qualifications from Hong Kong and the UK. She understands the frustration of large dog owners: market clothes are either loose and shifting or lack sizes from 2XL to 9XL.

As the owner of a 2XL-sized poodle, she deeply knows the regret of clothes that fit the style but not the body.

SASA is a designer committed to "pet fashion without size limitations." She actively searched for studios that meet aesthetic standards and even obtained Hong Kong and overseas agency rights for more quality pet fashion brands. Currently, she has acquired PETURE COSER (pet jewelry, hair accessories, and mid-to-high-end formal wear), BITEONE (harnesses and themed specialty clothing), and developed original pet-themed handmade wearable nails, pet-themed crystal bracelets, and the most luxurious custom-made gowns — she ensures quality through design aesthetics, with many studios delivering exquisite craftsmanship in the details.

From size XXS to 9XL, WAG & HEM's exclusive workshop allows every fur kid of different body types to dress with dignity.

"Design should have no size bias; every fur kid deserves fashion and affection"

  • Currently, the market only focuses on small cats and dogs from XXS to L, leaving medium to large cats and dogs from XL to 9XL "without clothes" → our store also develops clothing patterns for medium to giant pets. Partner studios fine-tune cuts based on body measurements (chest, neck, shoulder width) to ensure a snug but comfortable fit.
  • Joint design and creation: avoiding factory mass production, collaborating with handmade studios for "themed design + co-creation" → each piece carries the warmth of handcraft, and can be adjusted for the special body shapes of medium to giant pets (such as the chest width of giant dogs or shoulder width of large cats), solving the core pain point of "not finding well-fitting clothes."
  • The high-end custom process is too complicated → our store uses a "joint handmade + semi-custom model": owners choose a theme + provide measurements, studios adjust sizes based on design drafts, offering reasonable prices while ensuring "fit + uniqueness."

The Meaning of WAG & HEM in Chinese

The name "Wag & Hem" embodies our understanding of the relationship between pets and people—

"Wag" signifies "unique": every fur kid's body shape and personality are unique. We reject the "one-size-fits-all" mindset of mass production. Besides regular sizes XXS to L, we create "tailored-fit designs" for XL to 9XL large pets, so every life is treated with care.

"Hem" means "connection" and "care": one end connects to the comfort and fashion of the pet, the other to the owner's love. Using design as a bridge and the power of handmade artisans, we transform the regret of "large pets can't find suitable clothes" into the warmth of "dressing with dignity and playing freely," strengthening the bond between pets and owners through a well-fitting garment.

"Workshop" conveys our creative attitude: not pursuing factory production but focusing on handmade craftsmanship, collaborating with artisans from various studios, sewing warmth into every stitch, so each garment carries the original intention of "designed for unique lives."
