Our brand philosophy is "pet fashion not limited by body type": we pay equal attention to large sizes: from XXS - 9XL → if you want your giant fur baby to "look presentable", our shop is the first choice. After all, in the Hong Kong market, the only provider of pet fashion and bespoke services for large body types is our shop.
The shop owner, Sasha (SASA), graduated from the Design Department of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and possesses a highly developed aesthetic sense. She understands the frustrations of owners of medium and large dogs: market clothing is either childish/cartoonish or lacks sizes from XL to 9XL.
As the owner of a large-breed pampered dog, she knows the regret of garments that suit the style but not the fit. Grounded in her aesthetics and pet safety, she designs sets of elegant, tasteful pet apparel.
Sasha is a designer committed to "pet fashion without body-type bias." She founded a local original pet formalwear brand in Hong Kong and obtained Hong Kong distribution rights for pet fashion-related brands. She currently represents PETURE COSER (pet jewelry, hair accessories, and mid-range formalwear), and has developed her own original pet-themed wearable nail accessories, pet-themed crystal bracelets, and customizable mid-to-high-end formalwear — she ensures quality through design aesthetics, and the studio implements meticulous craftsmanship in details.
From size XXS to 9XL, WAG & HEM Maintenance Studio ensures pets of every body type can dress presentably and owners can be satisfied.

- Currently the market only focuses on small cats and dogs (XXS to L), leaving medium-to-large pets from XL to 9XL "with nothing to wear" → Our shop also develops garment patterns for medium to giant pets. The collaborative studio fine-tunes cuts based on body measurements (chest, neck, shoulder width) to ensure a snug fit without constriction.
- Collaborative design and creation: Not pursuing mass factory production, our studio "theme design + collaborative creation" → every piece has a handmade touch, and can be adjusted for the special body shapes of medium to giant pets (for example, wider chests of giant breeds or shoulder width adaptations for large cats), solving the core pain point of "can't buy well-fitting clothes."
- High-end bespoke processes are too cumbersome → Our shop uses a "collaborative handmade + semi-custom model": owners choose the theme + submit measurements; the studio adjusts sizes based on the design, offering reasonable prices while guaranteeing "fit + uniqueness".
Meaning of WAG & HEM in Chinese
The name "Maintenance Studio" hides our understanding of the bond between pets and people——
Every fur child's body shape and personality are unique. We reject the assembly-line "one-size mindset." In addition to standard sizes from XXS to L, we create "tailor-like fitted designs" for XL to 9XL large pets, so every life can be treated with care.
"Maintenance" conveys "connection" and "care": on one side is the pet's comfort and fashion, on the other is the owner's love for their pet. We use design as a bridge and the strength of collaborative artisans to turn the regret of "large pets can't find suitable clothes" into the warmth of "dressing presentably and playing comfortably," making the bond between pet and owner closer through a well-fitting garment.
"Studio" communicates our creative attitude: we do not pursue factory production but base our work on handmade craft, partnering with artisans from various studios to sew warmth into each piece so that every garment carries the original intention of "designing for unique lives."
"Maintenance Studio" is both respect for the individual pet and care for the human-pet relationship — because we understand, because we cherish, we closely "maintain" the bond.

We don't just sell clothes; we sell "solutions that let micro to giant fur babies be stylish out on the street" — filling gaps with design and ensuring fit through collaborative handmade work, so owners can spend reasonably to give their pets "exclusive fashion others can't buy."
Summary: Others make "ordinary clothes for small dogs"; our shop makes "fashion designs for micro to giant fur babies" — letting pets of different body types dress presentably and uniquely.
